When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed in the order they are received. You should receive your order 5-7 business days after placing your order. Customized orders may take longer than 5-7 business days.

 

Do you offer refunds? 

It is our goal to provide you with the best customer experience. Due to the nature of our products, we typically do not offer refunds. However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please email us at info@flowesscents.com, and we will do our absolute best to satisfy your request.

 

 What if my candle arrives broken or damaged? 

If your candles or skincare products arrive damaged or broken, we will be happy to replace them. Please submit a photo of your damaged product(s) within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. 

Do you offer discounts? 

Yes, we offer discounts on our products. You can check the Special Deals or Blowout Sale section of our website. You can also receive exclusive deals via our email newsletter.

 

How can I check the status of my order? 

Please check your confirmation email. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please send us an email at info@flowesscents.com to get the status of your order.
